Have two large bowls of mixed lollies avaialable for distribution as you introduce worship and 'call' people to participate by offering them a choice of the treats being passed around.
Too much of what happens in church worship is verbal and this is a chance to express a welcome with lollies, to leave people with the sweet taste and smell of lollies and to 'break open the time'.
Keep the bowls circulating through the early parts of the worship until they have all gone!!
