Unreliable Idea # 9 Mystery Bus Tour

Can all your group fit on one or two minibuses... then this might be just the youth ministry activity for you!!
Advertise it as a mystery night so that participants have no idea whats in store but you might give them a what to bring list with the publicity.
Activities:
Stop at local milk bar and give each person $2 for mixed lollies [pool these when they return to the bus and share them around]
Give each person another two dollars and send them into the local supermarket to purchase the 'most interesting or creative item they can for up to that value, with a prize on offer for best purchase
Stop at a phone booth and see how many you can cram into it for a photo
Hand out crayons and paper for a lightning self portrait which you masking tape to the wall of the local art gallery
Visit the Police and ask for a group photo
Lie head to toes in a staright line in the main street on the footpath and see how long the line is
Line up someone's house for supper that the group don't know and suggest you have randomly picked a house and the group have to send three people to knock on the door and ask if they'd be prepared to host a supper otherwise supper doesn't happen
Line up someone else they don't know and steal a pre-arranged garden gnome for photos along the way
Have a dress up theme for the night
