'Reality' TV Stuff Up on Fox 8 for Sarah Murdoch

Somewhere between the verbal cue from the OB van and the autocue Sarah Murdoch announced the wrong winner of the public vote for 'Australia's Next Top Model'!! Conspiracy theorists can forget including Murdoch in their rumours... just an honest mistake I'm afraid!!

Desert Boots are 'in'

Fashionista that I am I have noticed two articles in the last week offering wisdom as to the inherent style value of the humble desert boot!! Just when I was alllowed to wear them in the late 70s I assumed office as School Captain and had to maintain the black leather footwear... damn it!!

I rejoiced in the 80s when the ripple boot took on a life of it's own as the footwear of choice amongst the 'in' crowd!!

Unbelievable!! Alongside the watermelon and lime polo shirts, boot cut jeans and hideous sunglasses this summer... we will also have that wonderful fashion statement HYPERCOLOUR!!
Apply heat to the fabric and it fades to white like tie-dying...
