Susan Boyle ran second in 'Britain's Got Talent' over the weekend and while they were certainly entertaining the dance group 'Diversity' may just have benefitted from the media focus and the way the machine makes a worldwide hit of someone one week and then chews them up later on...

I suppose it's fortunate for all concerned that recording contracts aren't restricted to the winner and we could expect a Susan Boyle CD in time for Christmas!
No need for the videos as you'll see them all over the media this week...

Susan Boyle sang the wrong song. Everybody had already watched the video of this song hundreds of times. If she sang a new song she would have won the competition. Everybody would have had a new video to watch for the next month. Tony Motoring Tips
I agree, though it seemed a bit of a theme for some of the acts and I thought she was more nervous, but I wonder how much that had to do with the media pressure... even so I'm more interested in the media surrounding the happenings than the actual show... you are right though!!
